Policies:

  • we do have a 48 hr cancellation/rescheduling policy, if the appt is cancelled or rescheduled outside of the 48 hrs we will not rebook an appt in the future and not refund the deposit.

  • if you are 15 mins late we will be unable to do the service

  • kindness and respect for everyone in the studio including our staff

  • we do not relash or remove the work of other studios

Parking:

there is a Public P about 500 meters from the building, right at the corner of Richmond and Walnut. It is $4/hr

Payment Options:

if you would like to save the tax on the service and use cash we do have an ATM (the ATM fee is $3)on site or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) tax applied or email money transfer tax applied
