We do require a 50% non refundable deposit to book a service, thank you.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

We have a 48 hr. cancellation policy and require a 50% non refundable deposit to book a service. Deposits can be sent via email money transfer or by credit card. Without 48 hr's notice we will not reschedule an appt in the future and will not refund the deposit.

Removal of Lashes from Another Studio

We do not refill or remove the work of other studios.

Kindness & Respect

Our studio is a place of tolerance and respect for everyone, we reserve the right to cancel a service if we feel that our artists, support staff or other clients are not being treated with kindness and respect.

15 minutes / Late Arrivals

Appointment times are booked back to back, if you are 15 mins or more late for your service we will unable to do the application. It is never a good idea to rush a lash artist, they are working with sharp objects and cannot be rushed in order to keep everyone safe.
