Over deliver and under charge: our pricing for full sets and relashes are the most affordable in the city. When we first entered the Toronto market after establishing ourselves in the suburbs, new clients were concerned we were cutting corners in order to keep the prices so low. It took some time to gain the confidence of Toronto clients by proving you can receive quality work for an affordable price
Convenience: life is busy and fitting in self care is difficult. We wanted to make sure we offered as much availability as possible so all clients regardless of their individual schedules could get an appt time that worked for them. We are open 7 days a week, Monday to Friday we are open 10 am to 10 pm. We are open Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm.
Keep it cute and keep it clean: if you’ve been to see us before you know the studio is SUPER CUTE…the owner takes pride in creating a space that looks good so you can feel good going there. There’s lots of things to look at, comfortable seating, cool water and coffee. We like it when clients come a little earlier to hang out. Keeping it clean has always been top priority, we have been in business for close to 15 years and we have never had a case of Pink Eye - thats how clean it is. With Covid we upped our cleanliness game even further by adding Covid specific sanitation practices. Before your service you will see us spraying down the recliners, pulling our tweezers out of the medical tool bath, washing our hands. You will hear the rustle of new packages being opened with the disposable things we use for application.
Running on time: time is valuable. There never seems to be enough of it and every minute counts. We make it a priority to run on time, if your appt time is 4 pm we start it at 4 pm and we finish on time. Most of our clients are coming from somewhere and going somewhere. We never want to make you late, it’s stressful. If something has happened that day and we are running behind even a few minutes we will call you to let you know that - giving you a chance to stop for a coffee or run that quick errand.
